The Team - Who Runs Palscity?

The difference between Palscity and other platforms is that its run by the people. A team of volunteer-Think Tanks who ensures the daily running on the platform. They include the following:

- Staff - Lead by the Brand Head and Web Development Team, Graphics Team, Video Team, Communications and Digital PR Team etc.

- Country-Specific Chapter Leadership - Every country has a leadership chapter that includes the National Brand Ambassador, County/Region/ Brand Ambassadors, Constitutuency Brand Ambassadors, and Ward Brand Ambassadors.

- Each Program has a Table Coordinator, both for National, County, Conbstutuency, and Ward depending on the leadership or structure of the company.

- Palscity is run and managed by a team of UI/UX Designers, Graphics Team, Web Developers, Systems Security Experts, Managers, and Digital Experts among other Experts in the Technical Team. Our level of professionalism ensures users' data is always protected and fully secured as well as the interest of users in finding the right opportunities around them.



What Makes Palscity a Social Media Site, Business Networking and Leaders Platform?

Why a Social Media: It has all the basic features of any social media site eg Feeds, Stories/Status Update, Pages, Groups, Album, Blogs, Jobs, Offers, Polls, Games, Events, Movies etc.

Are Palscity County Brand Ambassadors only for Kenya? How about Other Countries

Palscity is for the whole world. We seek to work country by country by setting a Think Tank in their countries. After running the Kenya chapter, we will then set the same for other countries. We, therefore, seek more representatives who can marshal the numbers in those countries so that we select the Think Tanks,  Coordinators, and Brand Ambassadors in those areas.

Are Palscity County Brand Ambassadors a full time Job and can I get a Job?

No. This position is not a full-time job. It's a part-time job and they simply form part of the Palscity Think Tank. What are the remunerations and Terms for County Brand Ambassadors

This position is purely volunteer and non-enumerated. However, it comes with a monthly facilitation FEE of USD 50 or Kshs. 5,000 which is for connection and other facilitations you may need. The FEE may vary depending on your availability.

Comes with Commissions calculated based on Performance and Referrals.

Type: Work from Home. Engaged in a 1 monthly meeting and 1 Palscity Day Talks in a month.

Palscity County Brand Ambassadors TORs, Roles & Benefits

County Brand Ambassadors roles and benefits include:
